Job Description

We are looking for our next talent to support the growth of Metronaut! You will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients and maintaining relationships with our existing international clients. Your targets will include: (a) Music education institutions (public conservatories, private schools); (b) Music teachers; (c) Ambassadors capable of reaching out to institutions and teachers in their respective regions

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying potential prospects and guiding them through to contract signing
• Conducting product demos and, when necessary, onboarding training for new clients
• Managing client follow-ups to ensure their satisfaction and long-term retention
• Handling customer support and maintaining our knowledge base so clients have all the information they need

What we are looking for

You are the perfect candidate if:

• You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy connecting with people over the phone
• You have experience in music and know what a music sheet is
• You have a strong background in sales with proven results
• You are fluent in French and English (knowledge of an additional language is a plus)
• You foster constructive interactions by providing and receiving feedback with kindness
